SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

It's embarrassing to admit, but I have an insatiable appetite.

No sooner do donation boxes get hauled out of one door, more packages mysteriously appear at the other.

That wine glass that once lacked a bottom? It’s now a coffee cup that can't stay filled.

Even after a hearty “Bless this food” and “Amen!”, I sneak back to the pantry for a sugar-free chocolate bar. But then I remember that I ate the last one yesterday.

Nothing is ever enough because I was born empty.

We are all empty people.

That's why Jesus came - to fill us to the full. (John 10:10)

Only Jesus can satisfy our hunger for more because He has no beginning or end. He is so much more than enough.

Scripture tells us that the train of His royal robe fills the temple, and His glory fills the earth. (Isaiah 6:1,3) Yet He let a desperate woman come and touch the hem of that garment so she could gain what she lacked to live. (Luke 8:44)

God’s Word states that the fullness of God dwells in Jesus' body (Colossians 2:9), the same body He offered as a sacrifice for you.

Surely, if Jesus is willing to give you all, you'll never be empty again.

So, if you hear a knock at your door today, chances are it's not another delivery.

It's your Deliverer, Jesus.

Won't you let Him in?
